Aaron came to St Marys from Lara Football Club where he played 120 senior games. He won Lara’s best and fairest in 1987 and was a member of Lara’s 1988 premiership side. Aaron represented the Geelong Football League in 1987, 1988, 1991 and 1993 and the Victorian Country side in 1993.

He made his NTFL debut in 1990/91 ad has played in six St Marys Premierships 1990/91, 1991/92, 1993/94, 994/95, 1995/96 and 1996/97.

Aaron won the Chaney Medal for his best on ground performance in the 1993/94 grand final and was also a member of the 1992/93, 1997/98 and 1998/99 loosing grand final teams

Aaron represented the NTFL against Melbourne in 1993, ACT in 1995 and was a member of the Arafura Games Gold Medal winning teams of 1995 and 1997 and winning selection in the “World Team “of 1997.

Aaron played a total of 165games which has made him a player Life Member of St Marys
